Hi! I'm Susan Caldwell, Founder of Lunchbox Heroes. I'm a lifelong entrepreneur, educator, and mom with a passion for helping families create meaningful memories together. Before Lunchbox Heroes, I founded the Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios brand, growing it into a national franchise with locations across the United States before selling the company in 2022.
Lunchbox Heroes was created from a simple belief: the kitchen is one of the best classrooms in the world. Every Kitchen Quest combines cooking, science, geography, kindness, and real-world adventures to help kids build confidence while making lasting family memories.
